Talantir is seeking a CTO to lead the US technology organization from the ground up in New York. You will own the technology strategy, architecture, stack decisions, and the AI roadmap from day one, reporting to group leadership.

You'll hire and lead the founding engineering team in NYC, be hands-on in code and architecture in the early phase, and serve as the technical voice to investors, clients, and the parent group as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and scaling production systems, ideally including ML/LLM products.
• Experience growing an engineering team from first hires to a functioning org.
• Commercial instinct with ability to translate tech decisions into business outcomes.
• Comfort in front of clients and leadership.
