Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Austin, TX, a hybrid role requiring three days in office. You will help build reliable, scalable systems in an AI-native environment, focusing on the Redjack integration team now and future scalability across platforms.

You will contribute to architecture, data models, APIs, and distributed services, while mentoring peers and collaborating with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to raise quality and velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals including testing and version control.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to design scalable, observable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build maintainable, scalable systems.
• Operate in an AI-augmented workflow and validate AI outputs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical direction.
• Apply system thinking across data models, APIs, distributed systems.
• Produce technical docs and design proposals.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
