Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, code review.
• Experience in C, C++, Go or Rust.
• Experience building backend or distributed systems.
• Data modeling, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
• Scalable and reliable systems design.
• Practical AI-assisted development experience.
• SQL experience.
• Knowledge of networks and hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, observable, and well-tested software systems.
• Operate in an AI-augmented development workflow and validate AI outputs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term evolution.
• Apply systems thinking across data models, APIs, distributed systems, and services.
• Produce clear technical documentation, prompts, and design proposals.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
