Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for internally deployed products. You will own the MCP server platform, agent orchestration, and internal tooling powering AI-first GTM workflows. Work spans TypeScript/Node.js backends, React frontends, and Python automation, with AWS Bedrock and Lambda involvement.

You’ll collaborate across GTM Systems to ship production-grade, AI-enabled tools used by hundreds of ClickUp employees, with strong emphasis on velocity and observable reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js for server-side code.
• Strong Python for automation and data tooling.
• Experience deploying on AWS and integrating with LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication and secure credentials.
• Proficient in REST API design and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own MCP server platform design, build, and operation for internal AI tooling.
• Develop agent orchestration, tool schemas, and prompts for GTM workflows.
• Maintain AWS Bedrock/ECS-based deployments with observability and SLOs.
• Build AI-powered internal apps and tooling used by ClickUp employees.
• Collaborate on API standards and cross-team integration patterns.
