This is a full-time remote position within the United States. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position (H1B, F1 OPT STEM).
Required: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering with 5 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience. Strong software engineering skills, experience with high-level languages (C, C++, Java, etc.), and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and Agile experience.
Preferred: Master’s or Ph.D. in related fields, healthcare AI experience, leadership skills, cloud infrastructure expertise, experience with large healthcare datasets, proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations.

Salary Range: $134,888 - $195,624/year

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with as-needed weekends
