Rad AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our team building the future of radiology AI. You will work on large-scale web applications, with a focus on Python and FastAPI backend services, REST APIs, and ML pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for healthcare providers. The role requires 5+ years of industry experience, strong Python/FastAPI skills, and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in single- and multi-tenant environments.
• Strong Python and FastAPI skills.
• Experience with relational and document databases and large-scale data storage.
• Knowledge of modern web architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop on large-scale progressive and single-page web applications to streamline user workflows.
• Develop Python and FastAPI backend services including REST APIs and ML pipelines.
• Build new features for a growing customer base.
• Write code meeting security, style, maintainability, and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Data Science, and Customer Success to iterate on features.
