You will contribute to features, security, and performance across a multi-tenant platform, collaborating with product, ML, and data science teams.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, secure code, and rapid delivery for a growing customer base within a HIPAA environment. US-wide remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry engineering experience with multi-tenant environments.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with relational and document databases and large-scale data storage.
• Knowledge of modern web architecture and best practices.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Strong Git version control experience.
• Experience with performance issues at scale and debugging.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale progressive and single-page web applications to streamline workflows.
• Build Python/FastAPI backend services including REST APIs and ML pipelines.
• Implement new features for a growing customer base.
• Write secure, maintainable code for a HIPAA-compliant web environment.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive improvements in product quality, security, and performance.
• Contribute to engineering practices through code reviews and design discussions.
