Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant applied ML research or engineering experience.
• MS/PhD or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong Python and PyTorch with solid model architecture intuition.
• Experience with vision or multimodal techniques such as transformers.
• Ability to connect model performance to real clinical outcomes.
• Collaborative across research, engineering, product, data, and clinical teams.

Aufgaben

• Own a multimodal ML work-stream from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
• Translate clinical and product needs into clear ML objectives and data strategies.
• Build and evaluate modern ML systems including transformers and weak supervision.
• Work with image and report data to develop systems used in radiology workflows.
• Design rigorous evaluations with clinically meaningful operating points.
• Partner with engineering to productionize models and monitor post-launch performance.
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers through reviews and guidance.
