Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with Python software development.
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years experience with ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging).
• 1 year experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Researchers and Product teams to build emerging AI capabilities for SWE Agents.
• Work in startup mode.
• Identify developer pain points and develop novel user experiences; run experiments to improve agent quality; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Cultivate a respectful, collaborative team environment.
