Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in Python.

• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (deployment, evaluation, processing, debugging).
• 1 year with GenAI techniques or GenAI-related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Researchers and Product teams to build AI capabilities for SWE Agents.
• Work in startup mode and collaborate across Alphabet/PA areas.
• Identify developer pain points and craft novel user experiences; run fast experiments.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative team environment.
