Qualifications

• Experience building high-volume, distributed systems from the ground up.
• Strong design and data modeling skills for complex data sets.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and system integration.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic).
• Builder mindset with hands-on problem-solving and learning attitude.
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices.
• Contribute to AI-first platform evolution and integration with AI/LLM capabilities.
• Own the full software development lifecycle: from definition to production and maintenance.
• Promote high-quality software through code/design reviews and best practices.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to raise the team’s technical bar.
