Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the EAA Compliance CXAE team to build AI-first compliance surfaces and tools. You will ship end-to-end features and drive vendor integrations, delivering scalable, reliable systems.

You will mentor engineers, enhance observability, and collaborate across product, security, data, and design to improve agent productivity and compliance outcomes. Remote-friendly with periodic in-person surges.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale systems.
• Experience with Golang and React shipping user-facing features on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with third-party vendor integrations and ongoing operations.
• Proven track record building high-traffic platforms with caching, load balancing, and rate limiting.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
• Lead assessment and integration of third-party tools into compliance platforms.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.
• Architect platform improvements and reusable capabilities across teams.
• Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems and preempt issues before production.
• Mentor engineers on full-stack design, testing, deployment, and observability.
