Job summary

Gynger, a cash flow management fintech, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote role in the USA. You will design scalable backend services and APIs to support underwriting, risk monitoring, and payments within our agentic credit risk platform.

You’ll work across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, applying AI-assisted development practices, shaping architecture, and elevating engineering standards in a fast-growth startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript, React on the front-end and Node.js on the back-end.
• Experience releasing and operating applications in cloud environments like AWS.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production systems including scalable backend services and APIs.
• Take full-stack features from concept through architecture, frontend, backend, and deployment.
• Build AI agent-powered workflows to support underwriting, risk monitoring, and payments.
