Walmart is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own feature delivery across services, APIs, UIs, and ML components. You will drive the full software lifecycle, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure quality with automated tests and observability.

You will integrate AI agents and ML components, apply OOP and modular design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product-driven objectives. Remote collaboration and mentorship are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Java/Spring back-end apps with REST APIs; testing with JUnit.

Responsabilités

• Owns scoped feature or model delivery with peers; manages implementation, testing and ongoing support.
• Drives full software lifecycle: CI/CD deployment, automated testing, observability and maintenance.
• Integrates AI/ML components via APIs; uses GenAI tools to improve velocity and innovation.
• Assists in converting high-level designs to detailed designs; mentors peers and participates in design reviews.
