Job summary

The position involves driving feature development with AI-enabled approaches, guiding junior developers through code reviews, and coordinating with clients during sprint planning to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years experience in relevant tech including React, .NET, C#, TypeScript.
• Expertise in building REST APIs and working with SQL Server.
• Experience collaborating with clients during sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Enhance team capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
• Develop features with novel technical designs incorporating AI.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and AI tool guidance.
• Ensure team understands acceptance criteria and track daily progress.
• Limit QA kickback and deliver stories as assigned.
• Find opportunities to increase capacity and velocity.
