Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design and build full-stack solutions in a remote setting. You will contribute across the stack with React front-ends and C#/.NET back-end services, modernizing legacy apps, and integrating AI-powered features. Strong Azure expertise and secure DevSecOps practices are essential.

You will collaborate with product owners and designers, ensure testing and documentation, and support HIPAA/PCI aligned deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of OO software development using C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering with LLM tooling and automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB).
• Experience writing automated tests with NUnit.
• Strong DevSecOps principles with secure CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack components using React front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Rewrite legacy apps with Microsoft stack and modern patterns.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to improve velocity and add AI features.
• Write clean, maintainable code with good design and documentation.
• Create and refine test plans, unit, system, and regression tests.
• Participate in peer reviews and Agile DevOps practices.
• Ensure security and HIPAA/PCI alignment in code and deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers on requirements.
