AHEAD is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build Hatch, our flagship platform. You will own meaningful problems end to end, from user needs to production, designing and delivering full-stack solutions with Elixir and Phoenix.

Formación

• 5+ years building and shipping software; 7+ preferred.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to assess solid vs. shaky solutions.
• Product-minded approach; start from user and outcome.
• Fluency with AI development tools and coding agents.
• Stack-agnostic adaptability; learn new languages quickly.
• Solid foundation in software design, architecture, testing, CI, and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end from user need through delivery.
• Design and build full-stack solutions for internal and public web apps.
• Leverage AI tools and agents; review, test, and harden code.
• Engage in full development lifecycle: analysis to support.
• Lead code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand business problems.
• Help set estimates and milestones; balance risk, cost and deadlines.
• Contribute to the team's future roadmap and engineering culture.
