You will work closely with engineers, designers, and end-users to turn ambiguous problems into concrete, scalable features that ship with AI at the core.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, architecture, and collaboration, with on-site work four days a week in the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Track record of owning significant product surface end-to-end.
• Fluency in modern full-stack development with TS/React.
• Real experience building with AI coding agents and LLM-powered features.
• Ability to architect durable systems with pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Based in the SF Bay Area and willing to work in person 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own features and systems end-to-end—from user research through production.
• Turn complex permitting docs and workflows into reliable product experiences with AI at the core.
• Build with AI agents as a daily practice, ensuring quality.
• Make technical and product decisions that impact customers' projects.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for the team through reviews.
