Melon Local is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT or Las Vegas, NV (Remote). The role focuses on AI-augmented development, directing AI tooling to implement features across Azure Functions, Web APIs, an ASP.NET MVC web app, and a customer-facing React app backed by a .NET BFF.

You’ll review AI-produced code, validate quality, and shape cross-system integration. You will bring 5+ years in .NET, strong C#, EF Core, SQL Server, and React experience, plus comfort with AI coding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional .NET engineering experience.
• Experience with AI-augmented development.

Responsibilities

• Envision and architect features across Azure Functions, Web APIs, ASP.NET MVC, and a React app with a .NET BFF.
• Direct AI tooling as the primary implementation method while validating AI output.
• Review AI-produced code and ensure architectural integrity.
