Job summary

SunSoftOnline in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior .NET Applications Developer to join a long-term contract on a hybrid schedule. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise software while integrating AI features using AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude with GitHub Copilot and VS Code AI tools to accelerate delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong C#, .NET and cloud skills, plus hands-on DevOps with Azure DevOps/TFS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years enterprise application development.
• AI and LLM integration with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generative AI feature engineering: integrate AI-driven features using AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
• AI-assisted coding: use GitHub Copilot and VS Code AI extensions to accelerate delivery.
• DevOps & ALM: manage repositories, builds, and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps/TFS).
• Database & architecture: design backend services and modern data access patterns.
• Collaborative delivery: work with architects, PMs, and analysts to translate business logic into software.
