Cynet Systems is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for the Redmond, WA area on a contract basis. You will develop and troubleshoot full-stack applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, while coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes strong SQL skills, enterprise app support, and prompt AI engineering capabilities to accelerate resolution and improve customer experience. Beneficial to have Azure DevOps and CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with full-stack development using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Prompt AI engineering and related techniques to accelerate troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain application enhancements using full-stack tech.
• Route and coordinate partner issues with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive resolution.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
