Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development delivering scalable apps.
• Proficient in C#, Java, or Python ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven/clean architecture, and RESTful design.
• Experience building and maintaining legacy ASP.NET web apps.
• Cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; containers with Docker/Kubernetes.
• DB design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Experience integrating AI services into production apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions for scalability and maintainability.
• Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices supporting critical functions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate needs into code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous technical learning.
• Improve SDLC with automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and tech to boost productivity.
• Drive technical vision and long-term planning for projects.
• Apply AI-assisted development across requirements, coding, testing, and documentation.
