Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 7+ years of software engineering experience; or a Master's with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining backend software in production.
- 3+ years building TypeScript/Node.js services in production.
- Strong design for scalable, reliable systems with attention to testing and observability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions.
- Contribute to design reviews and code reviews and participate in deployments.
- Develop and maintain backend services and data storage solutions.
- Improve testing, monitoring, and documentation across the stack.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
