Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our AI‑driven engineering team. You will collaborate globally with sponsors, users and engineers to build end-to-end solutions using Java and Python, and you will work with Snowflake, Spark and Hadoop in a data-driven environment.

You will help advance AI-assisted development, review AI outputs for production readiness, and contribute across the software development life cycle, from design to deployment, while upholding security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with automated testing and SDLC concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sponsors, users, and engineers across divisions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design surveillance processes to identify risks.
• Own full life cycle: design, implement, test, deploy, maintain software.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Evaluate AI outputs for production-grade quality and security.
