WellSky is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design scalable software across healthcare platforms, with opportunities in backend, frontend, and cloud domains. You will modernize legacy systems and build AI-native features, collaborating with product managers and designers.

You should have strong fundamentals in distributed systems, code quality, and testing, and be comfortable with stacks like .NET/C#, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience across backend/frontend/cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Innovate: design scalable software features across architectures (microservices, DDD/CQRS, event-driven).
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and teams to translate requirements into specs.
