Job summary

TickPick LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in New York to own end-to-end systems across API, web, and mobile platforms. You will lead development using .NET, React/Next.js, and React Native, orchestrating AI agents to accelerate delivery and improve velocity.

You will build agentic workflows, optimize API performance, and design new integrations while personalizing user experiences with data-driven decisions. Join a fast-growing team focused on innovative ticket marketplace tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong in at least one of C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or React/React Native — and willing to work across all of them.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and writing/optimizing queries.
• Actively use AI coding agents in development workflow and articulate when they accelerate work.
• Shipped and maintained production systems handling real traffic and money.

Responsibilities

• Own entire systems end-to-end — from database schema to API to production deploy.
• Work across the entire stack — .NET APIs, React/Next.js web, React Native mobile — using AI agents to close knowledge gaps.
• Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate development, code review, and research across the codebase.
• Build and refine agentic workflows — automated testing loops, code review pipelines, intelligent monitoring.
• Optimize performance of APIs, making them scalable.
• Create integrations to third party providers to offer more services.
• Design and develop new APIs for upcoming features.
• Explore ways to personalize user experiences (notifications, recommendations, pricing alerts).
• Identify repetitive tasks and build automation to free the team.
• Use data to drive decisions in business logic.
