Job summary

iT1 Nucleos seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support the AchieveDXP platform across React/TypeScript front end, Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL, and a Rust network layer. The role is a senior IC with full-stack ownership in a multi-tenant Azure Kubernetes environment.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product and customers, and help scale into education and workforce programs while delivering AI-enabled capabilities and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in production software development.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM capabilities to production.
• Advanced proficiency with TS/JS/React/Node and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud-native development with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Clear communicator to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support features across the full stack (React/TS front end, Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL, Rust proxy).
• Own significant platform components and initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM features and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Maintain secure services for multi-tenant deployments in Azure Kubernetes (Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, CI/CD).
• Contribute to architecture standards, reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, implementation, and customers.
