Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL, and modern web frameworks.
• Ability to design, analyze, test, implement, and troubleshoot applications across the SDLC.
• Strong problem solving and mentoring skills.
• Experience in AI-enabled development and cloud-native platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective software applications and enhancements by analyzing requirements.
• Monitor performance, participate in testing, debugging, and documentation; lead code reviews.
• Assist and/or lead DevOps practices including test plans, deployment strategies, and program specs.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and testers to meet requirements.
• Contribute to application and system architecture ensuring security and standards.
• Use automated testing tools and test cases to validate solutions.
• Drive innovation through AI-enabled development capabilities and new technologies.
• Document programs, processes, and designs per standards; communicate changes.
