Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and building production enterprise software systems.
• Strong software architecture and system design expertise.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX five days per week.
• Experience with AI-powered applications, data-intensive systems, or enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support scalable, secure enterprise applications and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop reusable APIs and services.
• Lead architectural reviews, define integrations and data flows, and evaluate trade-offs for scalability and security.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions leveraging generative AI, ML, Azure AI services, and enterprise systems.
• Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and communicate plans and risks to stakeholders.
