Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or full-stack development experience.
• At least 6 years in senior architecture roles (Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect).
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure deployments.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI technologies and architectures.
• Hands-on AI-powered app development with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, orchestration frameworks.
• Proven leadership of offshore and internal development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI solutions across frontend, backend, data, AI services and Azure.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable architectures and roadmaps.
• Hands-on involvement ~50% including prototyping, coding, integration, and troubleshooting.
