Axion is seeking a senior Software Engineer to architect and scale agentic systems at the core of the Axion platform. You will own design decisions for how agents reason, act, and integrate with enterprise data in collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership.

The role demands experience with data-intensive systems and making non-deterministic, LLM-driven systems reliable in production, especially in early-stage environments.

Formación

• Experience building agentic systems (LLM orchestration, tool calls, multi-step reasoning).
• Designing and owning complex distributed data-intensive systems in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on fluency with non-deterministic, LLM-driven systems and their reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture for agentic systems: orchestration, memory, retrieval, evaluation, observability.
• Build and harden the reasoning layer to ingest customer data and produce root-cause insights.
• Establish evaluation/testing for non-deterministic systems against ground truth and KPI outcomes.
• Mentor engineers on agentic patterns and system design.
