Job summary

Integra Tech Advisors in New York, NY seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build an AI infrastructure layer powering autonomous agents at scale. You will define how agents are built, evaluated, and trusted, with a focus on durable execution, memory design, and real-time tooling.

You will work on an orchestration core, live integrations with major tools, and APIs in TypeScript/NestJS on Postgres, deployed on AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and relational database fundamentals.
• Hands-on AI/agent experience: tool calling and memory design.
• Experience deploying production services on AWS.
• Experience building internal platforms or orchestration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect the orchestration core powering autonomous, multi-step AI agents.
• Build the tool layer with live integrations (Slack, Linear, GitHub, Notion) and a dynamic tool registry.
• Create console agent managers in React for real-time evaluation and iteration.
• Tackle nondeterministic AI behavior with run tracing, evals, and feedback loops.
• Design APIs in TypeScript/NestJS on Postgres, deployed on AWS.
• Collaborate with users to shape durable AI infrastructure and abstractions.
