Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade backend systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience building APIs, background jobs, and event-driven applications.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and observability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure powering autonomous AI agents in healthcare workflows.
• Develop browser and desktop automation, state management, and retry logic.
• Build durable workflow orchestration systems and scalable backend architectures.
• Improve system reliability, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define infrastructure priorities and architecture.
• Own projects from design through deployment and improvement.
