Job summary

Hazel is building an AI coworker for consumer brands. We connect to live data sources like Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, and Meta, turning data into actionable insights for operators.

You will extend the action layer and push changes back into connected systems, enabling product bundles, A/B tests, and safe human-in-the-loop workflows. We seek someone who has shipped production LLM features, owns scalable APIs, and has strong TypeScript experience.

Qualifications

• Shipped a production LLM feature to real users.
• Owned an API at scale: query optimization and schema design.

Responsibilities

• Extend Hazel's action layer; write back into connected systems.
• Build product features across TypeScript/React and Go services.
• Develop AI agent workflows: streaming LLM responses and multi-step tool use.
• Create integrations reading and writing across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Amazon, and more.
