Yaklabs is building a desktop AI application that turns knowledge workers into AI power users, without docs, API keys, or knowing what to ask for. One surface for agentic AI work: proactive, personalized, progressively powerful.

The team is lean and fast; some roles are remote and others in New York. This founding-team role offers a strong base salary, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to shape the product, culture, and company from day one.

Qualifications

• Deep TypeScript and Node experience.
• Experience with monorepo tooling (pnpm, Turborepo).
• Proven track record building developer tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design and build agentic development workflow from scope to release.
• Own the build system, CI, caching, tests, and release tooling.
• Create tooling for parallel worktrees, review gates, and agent instructions.
• Turn failures into reusable skills and tooling.
• Measure developer loop and identify bottlenecks to improve speed.
