The Role

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – remote‑first, full‑time.

• Own core product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) that power real‑time, high‑volume workflows, such as event‑driven SIP soft‑switch routing or audio stream processing for advanced speech recognition.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, performant experiences; influence the roadmap through active participation.
• Act as a role model for engineering excellence, mentoring teammates, providing feedback, and fostering a growth‑oriented environment.
• Drive technical excellence by defining and enforcing coding standards that keep the codebase clean, maintainable, and scalable.

The Product Platform Team

The team builds foundational systems that power every product, including CRM integrations (Salesforce, Outreach), identity and access, and data flows that keep customer systems accurate and in sync. It also leads AI‑powered prospect enrichment, combining internal and external data to create smarter, continuously improving prospect profiles.

What We’re Looking For
