Senior Cloud Software Developer

Location: United States - 100% remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
• Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews for junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Architect reliable, maintainable, and scalable microservices-based systems.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments.
• Resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud, AI/ML, and modern development practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with best practices.
• Integrate AI and machine learning models into cloud applications.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or C#.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
• Azure Service Bus and Event Grid
• Azure AD, App Services, Key Vaults, and App Insights
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and COSMOS DB.
• Front-end development skills using Vue.js and Svelte, with strong HTML/CSS expertise.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and integration in cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Git and modern version control practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
