Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models: Design, build, and implement scalable AI and ML models that solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.
• Lead projects: Take ownership of key AI/ML projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and new initiatives.
• Optimize performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance and scalability of AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and ML.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, particularly in the context of AI and ML.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
