Job summary

Jobot in San Francisco is seeking seasoned software engineers to help build an AI-native financial infrastructure platform. You will design agentic systems, scale data pipelines, and ship backend and frontend features across the stack, collaborating with founders and product leadership.

Expect a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with top-tier compensation (up to $450k), equity, and a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the SF office).

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience.

• Highly proficient with parallel agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development.

• Improving the performance and reliability of MCP servers and backend agentic services.
• Architecting scalable data pipelines powered by non-deterministic AI systems.
• Building user-facing features on a core data and marketplace platform.
• Improving matching and automation systems for private market transactions.
• Designing backend systems and APIs that support rapid product iteration.
• Contributing to frontend product experiences across internal and external tooling.
