Syntrace in San Francisco is seeking a Software Engineer to own features from early customer conversations through production. You will work in a small senior team on an event-sourced, real-time core and help shape growth as we expand in the US.

The role emphasizes building secure, reliable endpoints and screens; you will contribute across the stack with TypeScript and Python and bring experience with real-time systems or LLMs.

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Software Engineer, based in San Francisco.

You will work in a small senior team where you own features end to end, from the first customer conversation to production. Our core is event-sourced and real-time by design, and you will help shape how it grows as we expand in the US.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes how we build every endpoint, every permission and every screen.
