Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in New York.

We are a small team today and intend to grow significantly over the coming years, across Stockholm, London, Dublin and New York. The people we hire in the next few years will define what this company becomes.

You will work directly with the CEO and our leadership team to build how we hire: sourcing, processes, candidate experience and employer brand. You will recruit engineers, researchers, sellers and finance specialists, often at the same time, and find people who are not actively looking.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. The same standard applies to how we treat candidates: with respect, discretion and a clear answer, every time.

What you bring:
