Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a BS with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C++ (Linux), React, HTML, CSS, JSON.
• Strong command of object-oriented software development and automated testing.
• Experience developing on Linux-based systems.
• Familiar with IDEs such as Eclipse and VS Code, and tools like Bamboo, Maven, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Experience with multiple network protocols, data transfer methods, and network debugging techniques.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB.
• Strong problem solving, automated testing, and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in team-based development environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance within 1 year.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
