Accountabilities

• Architect and implement server-side functionality in C#/ASP.NET MVC
• Optimize data access using ORM and raw SQL, supporting performance and scaling enhancement opportunities
• Design and implement front-end user interactions using relevant technologies (e.g., Bootstrap and jQuery), supporting evolving and future UI / UX capabilities
• Ensure that new functionality meets internal standards for performance, quality, scalability and user experience, and hold the team accountable to these standards
• Mentor existing technology team where appropriate

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a pragmatic way (sometimes a B+ solution for 20 hours is better than an A+ solution that would take 100 hours)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. May consider experience in lieu of education.
