$60.00/hr - $69.50/hr

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer 4.

Title: Software Engineer 4

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid 3 days onsite

As a Software Engineer, you will:

Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives with significant impact, involving long-term planning and innovative problem-solving. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic development, delivery, and optimization of software solutions. Responsibilities include building, configuring, and managing OpenShift environments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and supporting scalable deployments using Kubernetes and Docker. You'll ensure compliance with policies and standards while supporting system performance, availability, and security.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Software Engineering experience or equivalent through education, military service, or consulting

• Expertise in Core Java and Full Stack Java Development

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools including Jenkins, GitOps, and automated deployment pipelines

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform

• Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize complex cloud-native environments

• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and best practices

• Experience implementing security protocols in containerized applications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $60 - $69.50 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
