Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product design and delivery in a fast-growing tech startup. You’ll influence architectural decisions, shape the technical direction, and build across frontend and backend stacks to scale complex systems.

The role requires ownership, fast execution, strong collaboration, and a product-minded approach to delivering exceptional user experiences from both the frontend and services teams.

I’m working with a high-growth tech startup looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale complex, product-led systems.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership, getting involved in product decisions, and working in a team with a seriously high engineering bar.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the design and delivery of products and systems end-to-end.


• Helping shape product architecture and technical direction.


• Building across frontend, backend APIs, data models and infrastructure.


• Contributing to technical decisions and raising the bar through code reviews and thoughtful feedback.


• Working closely with the wider team to solve problems and deliver great user experiences.
