Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex products in the construction tech space. You will collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to build reliable systems addressing real user needs.

You'll own architecture across frontend and backend, design data models and APIs, and drive testing, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in a senior-level full-stack role.
• Track record leading design and delivery of complex production systems, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB; experience in data modeling and API development.
• Experience building frontend applications with React and React Native, and working across infrastructure and backend services.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, product and user orientation, and clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Collaborative, decisive ownership and contribution to product strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $190,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
