Humana leads a strategic initiative to design, develop, and modernize full-stack applications across Wisconsin Medicaid Market systems, encompassing front-end, back-end, data, integrations, and hosting.

You will set technical direction, reduce technical debt, improve reliability and automation, ensure security and compliance, and mentor engineers across the team's delivery practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 5+ years designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure
• 2–5 years hands-on Microsoft stack experience: .NET, SQL Server, Windows-based services, plus cloud experience (Azure preferred)

Descripción del empleo

Lead hands-on design, development, and modernization of full-stack applications and platforms across Wisconsin Medicaid Market systems, including front-end, back-end, data, integrations, and hosting. Set technical direction, reduce technical debt, improve reliability and automation, ensure security and compliance, and mentor engineers across the team's delivery practices.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least five years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure are required. Candidates must have 2–5 years of hands-on Microsoft stack experience, including .NET, SQL Server, and Windows-based services, plus cloud solution experience; Azure is strongly preferred.
