Group Details

Our New Products Engineering team is searching for a Senior or Principal Software Engineer to build out and expand our ICD product selection. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and own strategic deliverables to help make new products and services available to the treasury market.

ICD Technology jobs are fully remote. The ICD Technology hub is located in our Golden, Colorado office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Golden office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work with the Engineering Lead & Product Lead to build key new financial asset support, integrating a wide variety of technologies and communication protocols.
2. Select technologies and tools in AWS with which to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
3. Build from a vertical slice out to the full breadth of unit, API, integration and E2E tests.
4. Understand customer needs so well that your designs are extensible far beyond the MVP.
5. Own the quality of delivery to the customer.
6. Mentor more junior engineers as they ramp up on the technology and the vertical market.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of progressive full-stack software engineering experience.
2. 3+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of software systems.
3. Successfully built a new product or significantly enhanced an existing one.
4. Experience mentoring more junior team members.
5. Experience building enterprise solutions that are highly available.
6. Very clear written and verbal communication skills.
7. Clear understanding of event driven or distributed systems.
8. Experience with financial APIs or bespoke non-API integrations.
9. Experience promoting best practices and mentoring colleagues across an organization.

5. The current pay range for this role is $175,000 to $220,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
6. This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program.
7. This role is expected to remain open until March 10^th, 2025.
