Job summary

Btcnxt is seeking a security-focused IT professional to implement and maintain robust server infrastructure in Framingham, MA. The role emphasizes email security, incident analysis, and collaboration with the network team to meet industry standards.

You will administer Proofpoint, configure policies, and perform upgrades while mentoring junior staff and generating performance reports. Strong focus on SAP? MS 365 protections and threat protection tools in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience with Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Experience analyzing security incidents and implementing fixes.

• Implement, and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
• Implemented and managed email security policies and protocols to protect against phishing, malware, and other email-borne threats.
• Analyzed email security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures
• Collaborated with the network team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Administered and managed Proofpoint solutions, including Email Protection, Targeted Attack Protection, and other related modules
• Configured, monitor, ed and troubleshooting Proofpoint systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities for Proofpoint systems
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (along with ARC) Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, Intergrate with Microsoft 365 protections
• Mentored and guide junior engineers and IT support staff
• Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
