Job Summary: This role demonstrates proficiency in all areas of the professional function and advanced in-depth specialization to perform activities that impact components of the Walgreens Digital/Online application. It involves strategic, complex undertakings, requiring independent judgment and creativity. Mentors less experienced team members and may lead teams or projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test software systems or applications, including cloud-based or internet tools.
• Write code to establish and enhance coding specifications for new software programs and systems.
• Deliver high-quality software features on schedule.
• Analyze diverse problems, evaluate data, and apply good judgment to find solutions.
• Lead daily team activities, recommend operational modifications, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Own functional areas, break down requests into sub-tasks, write test plans, and review code changes.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
• Design project specifications and lead implementation efforts.
• Participate in developing technical and business approaches, with expertise in software design and architecture.
• Manage project schedules, define parameters, monitor tasks, and lead projects to completion.
• Resolve issues creatively, own product development and rollout, and champion development processes like Scrum and TDD.
• Track and allocate work among team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
